The project involved the revitalisation of One Central Boulevard, an existing office block at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull.  The refurbishment of the existing building included a new entrance canopy, drainage associated with new landscaping and minor modifications to existing structure to suit the refit of the M&E equipment.
