The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of Trigen House, an existing office block at Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull, to revitalise the building.  Works included removal of the existing curved curtain walling and bow string trusses, infilling between the two wings of the building and forming a new entrance curtain wall in line with the external walls of the wings of the building.  Externally the building was cleaned and cladding re-sprayed.

The whole of the building was subsequently leased to Gymshark on a long term lease.
