PCS Consulting Engineers were involved in the design of the original retail terrace and also undertook the structural and civil design of the stand-alone units. ​The original retail terrace was completed in 2008 at a site with challenging ground conditions.  Subsequently, stand-alone units and associated car parking and external works were built in 2012.  Tenants involved include B&Q, Sports Direct, Aldi, M&S Foodhall, Frankie & Benny’s and Costa Coffee.
