Project Completion:  2019

The project is a phased facelift of a 1980s retail park. Phase I of the retail park regeneration involved the refurbishment of existing retail terrace with new façade and shopfront walkway was completed in 2014.  The next phase was to demolish the existing petrol filling station to build a Costa Coffee drive through and car parking.  The next phase of work completed in 2019 was the conversion of the Homebase unit into a new B&Q retail unit.
