This London based project based off Oxford Street is a 6-storey refurbishment of offices. A redesign of the top floor into a roof terrace with accompanying structural alterations will update this tired property and make it fit for the 21st Century. A new entrance will entice clients in and the disability access at all levels makes it accessible to all.
